The Bake & Dine: Sweet Baking short course from Le Cordon Bleu offers participants a fantastic baking experience followed by an exceptional dining experience at CORD by Le Cordon Bleu.
During the two-and-a-half hour course our Master Baker will show you how to make an enriched dough, guiding you through the steps to create impeccable hot cross buns, cardamom buns and apple buns, before taking your seat in the restaurant.
Led by one of Le Cordon Bleu Master Bakers, this baking workshop serves as a fun and memorable evening with friends, colleagues or family.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to produce:
- Enriched bun dough.
- Hot cross buns.
- Apple buns.
- Cardamom buns.
- You will be able to take your creations home to enjoy with the family.

- 2.5-hour group practical lesson followed by dinner at CORD
- Recipe booklet
- Apron
- Tea towel
- All ingredients
- All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for use on the day.
