For one evening only on 20th June at 6:30pm, Chef Lieven brings his acclaimed culinary vision to CORD, presenting a six-course tasting menu that celebrates classical technique, bold seasonal ingredients, and the elegant simplicity that has defined his career.
This exclusive dinner will take you on a refined journey through modern Belgian cuisine – from rich, slow-braised meats to delicately prepared seafood and crisp spring vegetables. Each course is crafted with precision and served with the finesse of a chef who has spent a lifetime at the highest level of European fine dining.
