To celebrate its partnership with Taittinger Champagne, CORD will be hosting a premium rosé Champagnes tasting and culinary experience on Thursday 5th June.

Join us for an exclusive evening dedicated to Taittinger’s premium rosé Champagnes — led by the brand’s ambassador and paired with a hands-on culinary experience from our Executive Chef Karl O'Dell.
You’ll start the night in the CORD cookery school, where Karl will guide you through creating a refined starter — thoughtfully paired with the first Taittinger rosé of the evening. Then, take your seat for a three-course Champagne-led dining experience, where each pour has been selected to match the moment.
Expect standout pairings, expert insight from one of Champagne’s most iconic houses, and a menu crafted to elevate each glass.

• Taittinger Prestige Rosé - with Isle of Skye Scallops, Cucumber sorbet, yuzu, dill
• Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Rosé 2011 - with Cornish Dover Sole, Morels, white asparagus, Matelotte sauce
• Taittinger Nocturne Rosé Sec - Rhubarb, Strawberry, vanilla, pink peppercorn
To begin the evening, enjoy an exclusive welcome glass of Domaine Evremond — the first English Sparkling Wine produced by Champagne Taittinger from their vineyard in Kent.
