CORD Wine Club: Devaux Champagne Masterclass and Dinner
To celebrate its partnership with Devaux Champagne, CORD will be hosting a Champagne masterclass and dinner on Monday 11th December.
Guests are expected to arrive between 5:45pm and 6:00pm to enjoy a glass of Champagne and canapés before dinner in our private dining room. The event promises to be both informative and memorable, as Devaux Champagne representatives will be present during the dinner to explain each glass of Champagne and the pairing with the dish. The menu for the night will offer guests a chance to experience Cord’s seasonal dishes paired with some stunning Devaux Champagnes. Throughout the night, guests will be treated to a 3-course menu with 3 glasses of Champagne; each glass carefully chosen to complement the dish.
This event is a great opportunity for guests to learn more about Champagne and the pairing options available at CORD.

Devaux Champagne Coeur des Bar Rosé NV
Devaux was originally founded in 1846 by brothers Jules and Auguste Devaux. Today Devaux is owned by the Union Auboise in the Côte des Bar – the heartland of Pinot Noir in Champagne; physically closer to Chablis than Reims or Épernay, the vines grow on Burgundian soils of Kimmeridgian marl and Portlandian limestone.
