Festive Bake & Dine Experience at CORD on 15th December 2023
CORD by Le Cordon Bleu is delighted to offer you a fantastic baking experience followed by a three course festive dinner on Friday 15th December.
This introductory baking workshop will be a fantastic opportunity for you to pair one of our culinary workshops with the exceptional dining offering at Cord by Le Cordon Bleu. Across two hours you will be guided through the steps to create impeccable cinnamon buns and doughnuts, before taking your seat in the restaurant.
Led by Master Baker Stephane Gliniewicz, this baking workshop serves as a fun and memorable evening with friends, colleagues or family during the festive season.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to produce:
- Sourdough cinnamon rolls with raisins and orange, topped with milk glaze.
- Oven-baked sourdough doughnuts, producing both ring doughnuts and round doughnuts filled with vanilla crème diplomat.
- You will be able to take your creations home to enjoy with the family.
- After this engaging session you will move upstairs with your party to the restaurant where you can indulge in Cord’s exceptional Three Course Festive Menu. See the menu here.
