On Friday 27th September, join Mazen Assaf, also known as the Olive Oil Guy, for a special collaboration with the chefs at Cord, as they present you with a five-course menu paired with olive oils.
Mazen will guide you on a journey around the Mediterranean as he takes you through some of the regions finest olive oils, featuring five oils from four countries. Each olive oil featured has a unique intensity and flavour profile, characteristic of its variety and the terroirs it originates from. Travel through Greece, Italy, Spain and Lebanon as you enjoy a range of varieties and intensities.
These exquisite oils will be paired with each course of the exclusive menu curated by Cord's Executive Chef Karl O'Dell, with each drizzled over the paired dish. Mazen will be on hand to discuss the origin and tasting notes for each, as you savour the culinary experience.
Additionally, Cord's award-winning Sommelier Jiachen Lu has carefully chosen a regional wine to compliment each of the dishes, the olive oils, and complete the gourmet experience.
