Founded in 1584, Gosset is the oldest wine house in the Champagne region, renowned for its unique winemaking process that preserves the natural freshnessand vibrant character of its wines. Philippe Antony will lead a tasting of four exceptional Champagnes, paired with a menu crafted by our Executive Chef KarlO’Dell. A highlight of the evening is the 2016 Grand Millésime Brut, which was only released in the UK a few months ago, and the Petite Douceur Rosé Extra Dry, aged for an impressive 11 years before its release.
To finish, enjoy Frapin Cognac alongside the Petit Four, providing a luxurious conclusion to this extraordinary dining event.
